Naturopathic Doctor

I am a California licensed Naturopathic Doctor enjoying all the Central Coast has to offer. I came to Naturopathic Medicine early on thanks to father working as a MD in the ICU and my mother utilizing homeopathic remedies and growing her own food. Ultimately, this influenced me in choosing a career that melds evidence-based medicine and nature’s innate intelligence. Naturopathic medicine allows me to provide unique treatment options for my patients to help improve outcomes.

I received my doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from the National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM) in Portland, Oregon. During this time, I received a certificate in Natural Childbirth to be able to better support patients along their entire pregnancy journey. Upon graduation I completed a post-graduate naturopathic residency where I furthered my knowledge and skills in women’s health and exams, hormone replacement therapy, environmental medicine, and nutrient intravenous and injection therapies and completed a mentorship with Dr. Jaclyn Chasse, ND in Integrative Fertility Methods to assist families wishing to grow whether that be natural conception, IUI or IVF.

My passion is being able to support and empower women at any point in their hormonal journey—from PMS and birth control options/education to pre-conception and postpartum care to peri/menopausal hormone support. My practice consists of a wide variety of conditions including digestive and urogynecologic concerns, thyroid disorders, cardiometabolic health, and mental health.
